Previously, Mr. Toy served as Global Head of Private Equity and Senior Managing Partner at Invesco Private Capital and WL Ross & Co.

Prior to that, Mr. Toy worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring Group at Rothschild Inc. and in the Public Finance Group at O’Brien Partners Inc.

Mr. Toy has served on the boards of Amalgamated Bank, Plascar Participacoes SA and Exco Resources Inc. (public companies) as well as Compagnie Europeenne de Wagons, Kansai Sawayaka Bank, International Automotive Components Group, Marquis Who’s Who LLC, and Permian Basin Materials LLC

Nadim Qureshi is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at BPGC. He is responsible for all aspects of firm and investment management

Previously, Mr. Qureshi served as Managing Partner at Invesco Private Capital and WL Ross & Co.

Prior to that, Mr. Qureshi was a Partner at Quinpario Partners. He was a member of the senior executive team that led the restructuring and transformation of Solutia from a bankrupt commodity producer to a highly profitable specialty chemicals business until its sale to Eastman Chemical in 2012. Prior to Solutia, Mr. Qureshi worked at Arthur D. Little and Charles River Associates.

Mr. Qureshi serves as member of the Board for International Seaways (NYSE:INSW), and previously served as Chairman of Diamond S Shipping (NYSE:DSSI) and on the Board of Nexeo Solutions (NASDAQ:NXEO)

Mr. Peterson’s past private equity experience has been focused on special situations, distressed and turnaround investments at firms including Platinum Equity, WL Ross & Co, and Lantern Asset Management. Prior to that, Mr. Peterson worked in investment banking at Moelis and Citi. He began his career in the financial advisory group at PFM
