  • Mr. Finkelstein previously served as Chairman of Prometheus Global Media LLC, the publisher of The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard and Adweek. He also owned ALM Media Properties, the publisher of the leading legal publications in the United States, including the New York Law Journal

  • Mr. Finkelstein graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from New York University, where he formerly served on the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Board of Overseers. He also has an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Hofstra

Dr. Heiko Fischer

  • Heiko Fischer currently serves as Chairman & CEO of VTG AG, the largest private railcar leasing company in Europe and a leading global provider of rail and tank container logistics services. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Navigator Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NVGS), a global provider of seaborne transportation solutions for liquefied gas, petrochemical gas and ammonia

  • Dr. Fischer began his professional career in 1995 at VTG, held leadership positions across the company and became CEO in 2004. He sold VTG to private equity in 2005, took the company public via an IPO in 2007, orchestrated several acquisitions and, after another ownership change, took the company private in 2019

  • Dr. Fischer graduated with a Bachelor's in Business and Economics and a Doctorate in Economic Sciences from the Julius-Maximilian University of Würzburg. He also earned an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany

Edgar Hotard

  • Edgar Hotard currently serves on the Board of Directors of Baosteel Metal Inc., a leading global steel producer. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Albany International (NYSE: AIN), a leading industrial goods producer, and the Board of Directors of QPAC2 (NASDAQ: QPAC2), a special purpose acquisition company

  • Mr. Hotard also served as President and COO of Praxair, and led the spin-off of the company from Union Carbide. He previously served as Chairman of the Monitor Group (China)

  • Mr. Hotard graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University

  • Cenan Ozmeral currently serves as the President of BGN International US, the US arm of the global petroleum and petrochemical trading and storage company. He previously served as the CEO of Myriant Corporation, a subsidiary of PTT Global Chemical

  • Prior to Myriant, Dr. Ozmeral spent nearly 30 years at leading chemicals manufacturer BASF, where he rose to the rank of Senior Vice President, held senior positions in BASF’s Acrylic Dispersions and XSB Latex Business and lead the company’s petrochemicals, industrial organics and plasticizer chemicals divisions

  • Dr. Ozmeral graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Robert College and an M.S. in Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University. He also earned an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of New Orleans

He previously served on the boards of Innophos, a global producer of fertilizers, phosphate salts and acids; and Nexeo Solutions, a leading plastics and chemicals distributor, when the two companies were publicly traded on the NASDAQ

  • Mr. Zatta held several positions at Rockwood Holdings, Inc. during his nearly 15-year career with the company, including Senior Vice President and CFO from 2001 to 2014 and Acting CEO from 2014 until the company's sale to Albemarle Corporation in January 2015

  • Mr. Zatta graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College. He also earned an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University
